As we have seen in " What are the harms of pornography? ", there are many sexual harms caused by the production, sale, consumption, and distribution of pornography, many of which are extremely serious. The number of victims is enormous.

So what can we do about this situation? Specific measures are needed to prevent this type of pornography damage and prevent it from spreading any further.

To achieve this, at least four things are needed:

• 1. Shifting perspective from "obscenity" to "sexual human rights"

• 2. Promoting human rights-based sex education

• 3. Enactment of the Pornography Prevention Law

• 4. Creating a system for care and support for victims

There are serious limitations to what is being done under the current legal system. To truly prevent the damage caused by pornography and prevent its spread, more drastic measures are necessary. To that end, we have made the four specific proposals above. Let us briefly look at each of them below.
